Our wine process makes it possible for anyone to taste & choose their favorite type of wine to make, create a custom label while your wine goes through a 6-8 week process, then bottle and enjoy your wine.As our website gets closer to completion, we can illustrate how you can go from start to finish of your favorite wine. Step
1 - Come in for a FREE wine tasting.
Corkscrews Winery has a very large and diverse wine
menu welcome you to sample tem all before deciding
on a wine of your choice. Better yet, take a few bottles home with you
to have with dinner or for a special occasion or party and let family
and friends help you decide.

Step
2 - Select your favorite wine to make your own.
Now it is time to make a choice. Each batch of wine makes
28 - 30 bottles that you can have for parties or gifts to friends and
family! It is always good to select your wine based on occasion - but
more importantly, choose one that you like!
Step
3 - Begin your wine recipe.
You actually get to begin the wine-making process by mixing
your recipe/formula of choice. From there, we will monitor your batch
of wine through a 6-8 week process of fermenting, stabilizing, clearing
and filtering while you complete the next step.
Step 4- Create your own personalized label.
Corkscrews will assist you in developing a completely custom label design to express your personality or represent any special occasion.Check out what some have done!
Step
5- BOTTLE & CORK your own wine!
Now the fun part. Schedule a time to come in (we recommend
with family and friends) to bottle, cork & label your own brand of
wine. You choose the bottle type to make your wine completely individual.
